Are you a women struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship issues or chronic pain? Have you tried traditional talk therapy but have not found it helpful?

You’re in the right place. I am a trauma therapist who focuses on getting to the root of your pain. I will help you explore where your core negative beliefs are coming from that are creating your current reality. I also help clients get in touch with their body and learn how to self-regulate/stay in a relaxed body. I use inner child work to help your wounded inner child heal.
