Message to clients

While it is natural to need support during challenging times, it does not always feel natural to seek therapy. If you are currently experiencing anxiety, depression, or find yourself feeling overwhelmed, I believe our work together can help to move you towards a more balanced, joyful life. Through compassionate, supportive therapy, we can develop your capacity for self-awareness, connect to your unique strengths and develop new skills that help to better navigate life issues. Together we will create a therapeutic plan that meets your needs a draws on multiple modalities including talk therapy, mindfulness, neuroscience, and psychoanalytic theory.

I hold a deep belief in the ability of people to grow and heal. While my work draws from several clinical theories, is always focused on the human connection. My clients describe me as empowering, warm, and respectful with a knack for understanding and helping them to name feelings and behavioral patterns and that ultimately help them move towards transforming their lives.

I would be glad to hear from you to start our work together.
