Nina Rapaport, LMHC is the founder and owner of Nina Lauren Psychotherapy, PLLC, a boutique style group practice that is currently only accepting virtual clients. We specialize in mood disorders including mainly anxiety and depression, stress management, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and body image issues.
Our therapeutic approach is both integrative and evidence based that is tailored to each individual and what they're looking for to get out of their therapy. Each therapist has been carefully chosen based on not just their credentials, but specifically for their approachable and comfortable personalities, their analytical mindsets, and their previous real world experiences with therapy being a 2nd career. We want to hear your stories, your internal narrative, and we strive to assess the why, connect the dots, and to identify the patterns that are hindering your quality of life. Our major goal is to figure out a way to get individuals to reimagine their relationship with themselves and their environment, and to get them to adapt a forward moving disposition.
Nina Lauren Psychotherapy is currenly only accepting virtual clients at a variety of day/times, so please inquire about availability. We accept out-of-pocket on a sliding scale basis, and most insurances either in or out-of-network. We file claims for both statuses so either way, you get an in-network and affordable experience.
