Message to clients

Hi there! I help women struggling with low self-esteem improve their relationships with themselves so that they can live a life more at peace with themselves.

Many of us struggle with a harsh inner critic that tells us that we are not good enough (or not smart enough, pretty enough, you name it!). Oftentimes, our life experiences shape how we talk to ourselves. Depending on our life experiences, we may have been living with this negative voice for a long time. This negative inner voice can significantly impact our self-esteem, our confidence in ourselves, increase our anxiety, and/or leave us feeling really down.

How do we quiet that harsh voice so that we can live a life more at peace with ourselves? In therapy sessions, I strive to provide an emotionally safe space for us to work towards your goals of having more peace, love, and acceptance for yourself. My hope for you is that you are able to grow your self-esteem, acceptance, and love for yourself so that you can live a life full of peace.
