(Finding a therapist is difficult - Rob hopes that can end here!) Open-minded collaboration and simple trust are Rob's keys to successful therapy. Combining your preferences and self-knowledge with my research-proven techniques, down-to-earth style, and touch of lightness, he believes your work together should be both rewarding and bottom-line effective for you. He employs cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and traditional talk treatments alongside physiology and anthropology. Since he considers therapy to be both an art and a young science, he will use the science as much as possible while making certain to think outside of the box for your unique situation.
Rob aims to help you explore, understand, and crucially, take action regarding your challenges. He can work with you on short- or long-term bases, and his goal is to leave you independent. When desired, clients work with him on an ongoing basis for maintenance, prevention, and further improvement. Please email or call him to schedule sessions or a free consultation.
