Message to clients

I recognize that beginning therapy can be difficult to do but it can be beneficial in so many ways. At times in our lives we can feel stuck, alone, anxious, sad, distressed or misunderstood but there are ways to navigate through these experiences in adaptive ways. Engaging in therapy can be the opportunity for this and can often help people feel an increased sense of agency and resiliency. My hope is that by engaging in therapy and collaborating together we can find a path toward increased learning about ourselves and what impacts us in the world and then exploring ways to heal, grow, and live a meaningful life in which we honor what it is important to us. If you think this would be helpful for you I welcome you to contact me and we can begin the process together.
