Feruze Zeko, MA, LMHC, is a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience in providing compassionate and effective psychotherapy. Her mission is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, fostering growth and resilience.

Feruze is licensed to practice in NY. Her training encompasses a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches. Feruze's areas of expertise include anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and self-esteem enhancement. Feruze is committed to tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate lasting change.
