Message to clients

I offer free 15 minute consultations. Please visit my website and once on the site, click the schedule appointment button in the top right corner of the page (on lap or desktop or the three little gold lines in the top right corner if using your phone). On the page that follows, select which option (private pay or insurance) and you will be taken to my client portal where you can schedule a free consultation. Once concluded, we can decide if we're a mutually good fit to work together.

The intake process is conducted in the first session and explores the client’s family history with the understanding that we all inherit ways of living from our family and culture that may be in direct conflict with who we say we want to be and how we want to live our life. The goal of the intake process is to review key events in your family history and identify experiences, relational patterns, and inherited values that are influencing how you think, feel, function, and navigate life in ways that may be counterproductive to being your best self. Progress is achieved when the client’s moods and emotions have improved, thinking has positively shifted, behaviors and relationships with others are better, and better life satisfaction is achieved. I prefer working with clients who are wholeheartedly committed to doing the individual and relational self-work to improve the quality of their lives.
