Zencare streamlines the process and empowers therapy-seekers through up-to-date availability and insurance information, introductory videos, and a vetted network to ensure quality care and great therapist-client fit.
About the role
Zencare is seeking a Vetting Clinician to join our Clinical Team and help with quality assessments of prospective member providers. The role entails conducting 20-30min phone calls with therapists who are interested in joining the Zencare provider network. You will ask questions about their specialties and approach to treatment to determine therapists' fit with the Zencare quality standard and mission.
When calls are not scheduled, you may be helping other team members with their work streams as well, including marketing, content editing, and operations.
Role requirements
- 4-5h commitment per week, daily from Monday-Friday. We are looking for a candidate who is excited to grow with us as a team and can commit at least a year with the company.
- Start date as soon as possible.

- Highly articulate in verbal and written communication.
- Quick at typing notes.
- Thorough understanding of the DSM-V and criteria for all diagnoses.
- Eager to learn.
- Excited about our company mission.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys interviewing and talking with mental health providers!

- Compensation: $20 per hour
- Commitment: Minimum commitment of twelve months, 4-5h per week.
