We are a group of compassionate mental health providers and relationship experts who believe that all couples can benefit from proactive relationship care, what we call a Relationship Checkup. Our group has been developing and testing our approach for over 25 years with research funded by the National Institute of Health, the Department of Defense, and the Administration of Children and Families. The process is simple:
Step #1: Schedule an appointment with one of our providers and complete some brief questionnaires. We want to know bit about your relationship; the challenges you're facing and the things that are going well. This will take no longer than 5 minutes.
Step #2: Meet virtually with your provider for an Assessment Session where you'll dive into the history of your relationship, its strengths, and the areas you'd like to see improved.
Step #3: Have the option to meet virtually with your provider for an Action Session. You'll review your Personalized Arammu Intimacy Report (PAIR) and learn about ways to improve your relationship. If you and your provider decide that this session is unnecessary, you will receive your PAIR report after your first session.
Step #4: If desired, continue to meet with an Arammu provider for ongoing couple therapy. We'll use your PAIR report to guide our work together.

How does payment work at your practice?
Our goal is to make care accessible through a tiered system of fees, ranging from $100 to $325 depending on the provider (please see our practice website for additional providers and rates).
The Arammu Relationship Clinic is not in-network with any insurance provider, but services may be covered if you have out-of-network benefits. It is always a good idea to contact your provider regarding any out-of-network benefits you may have and to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted as forms of payment. Receipts will be provided upon request, and will contain the information necessary to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company.

We offer brief (1 to 2 session) Relationship Checkups as well as ongoing couple therapy.
What are your practice's specialties?
We are relationship experts with decades of couple therapy experience between our providers. Members of our team also have expertise in treating a variety of conditions that can affect relationships, including depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma and PTSD, as well as issues that arise in couples including a desire for premarital counseling, communication, disagreements around finances, co-parenting, facing major medical issues together, and infidelity.
