At Arrow Behavioral Health, we are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Neighborhood Health Plan, United Healthcare, and Aetna. If you do not have one of these insurances, our fees are $85-$150 depending on the provider and services you are seeking. We are happy to provide you with a superbill for out of network benefits.
