Caring Through Healing (CTH), LLC has been serving the DC and Virginia areas since 2018.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional mental health services with compassion and to significantly improve the mental health and well-being of individuals seeking treatment through counseling, education, support, and advocacy. Our clinicians' mission is to support individuals in finding solutions to the concerns in their lives with compassion while delivering client-centered, personalized, evidence-based care that considers each individual's needs, goals, and values. Our clinicians prioritize ensuring that individuals feel safe and heard and are equal partners in the therapeutic process. We believe that individuals are the experts in their lives. The purpose of treatment at CTH aims to form a partnership with each individual to co-create a treatment plan that inspires change and improves the quality of life through self-awareness and self-exploration. Additionally, the clinicians at CTH provide the opportunity for individuals to uncover long-standing behavioral patterns or negative self-perceptions that may be holding them back from experiencing a life worth living.

CTH is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, accessible psychotherapy, groups, and consultation services to individuals. Our experienced clinicians offer areas of clinical expertise to include the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, borderline personality disorders, trauma, and emotion dysregulation with a passion and experience in supporting individuals struggling with racial and gender-related issues. This integrative approach to treatment is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) and guided by other empirically supported interventions.
