Casa Flow Therapy is a licensed virtual therapy practice serving adults and couples across California. Founded by Mike Mazmanyan and Diana Contreras, both Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Pepperdine graduates, our practice was built on one core belief: that the right therapeutic relationship can change everything.
We work with people who are doing okay on the outside but carrying more than they let on. The anxiety that won't quiet down. The relationship patterns that keep repeating. The sense that something is off, even when life looks fine. Many of our clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who have been managing on their own for a long time and are finally ready for something different.
Our approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman-informed couples work, and trauma-informed care, adapted to what each client actually needs. We're culturally attuned and inclusive, understanding that identity, family dynamics, and lived experience all shape how people relate to themselves and others.
What stays consistent across all of our work is the relationship. We believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely safe and understood, not just assessed and advised.
We offer telehealth sessions across California, including Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. We accept Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum. Private pay is available at $150 for individuals and $200 for couples.
