Practice Information

A the Center for Effective Psychological Services we strive to provide insightful, effective, and personalized therapy to adults across the lifespan. We specialize in working with professionals working in the international humanitarian and development fields, artists, activists, and entrepreneurs. Like many of our clients, we are passionate about the work that we do with our clients. We believe in the importance to doing deep work, that goes beyond symptom improvement.

Our clinicians are committed to help our clients get what they want and need from therapy. They constantly engage in training, case consultation, and rely on formal and informal feedback from clients to make sure therapy is working!

In addition to helping clients with common concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal challenges, each of our therapists has their own sub-specialty and modality of work with clients. All of our clinicians have experiences living and working in other countries and value diversity.
