Jessica, Clinician and owner of Creative Healing Space, LLC, is a LICSW providing mental health services in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She works with Individuals, couples, adults, and children . Many of Jessica ’s clients come in to address anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD. Jessica is particularly passionate about serving All populations . She also have advanced training in the area of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, personality disorders.



Jessica is trained in CBT, DBT, Play therapy , Art therapy , in which we examine thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, understand what is or isn't working, and shift them to healthier habits e.g. we use the therapeutic relationship to look at how patterns of interaction have developed and can be used to strengthen connections outside of session. In session, Jessica focuses on breathing exercises and grounding tools that can be practiced in stressful situations, exploring creative expressive through movement, painting, and journaling. This approach supports clients to Feel more relaxed, focused self-confident.



Jessica 's style is Warm, thoughtful, nonjudgmental, empathetic goal, orientated. When clients first start therapy, will establish a strong relationships and comfortable environment where they feel safe and heard. 



Jessica received her MSW from Boston University. She provided mental health care in a variety of settings.
