Grow Therapy is a group of therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists who offer affordable and holistic mental healthcare via teletherapy and in-office care. With the benefit of a large group comes the ability to offer you the partnership of experienced mental health providers who are trained in a wide variety of therapeutic approaches and specializations. We value the importance of finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with, so our client care coordinator will work with you directly to find the perfect therapist based on your preferences and treatment goals. Many of our providers are in-network with major commercial insurances, making therapy accessible and affordable to you.
Your first therapy appointment will likely involve the therapist asking you questions about yourself, your symptoms, coping mechanisms, and therapy goals. This is also your chance to ask them questions, as well. Over time, therapy will get easier and you'll start to see the many benefits. No matter where you're at in life, we're here to help you find a therapist who'll support you on your journey.
Grow Therapy makes paying for your therapy sessions easy. After each visit, we automatically bill your insurance, and if you have a copay or deductible, we'll charge the card you have on file with us. The price for our self-pay visits varies by therapist, ranging from $75-200.
Don't know your copay or deductible? Reach out to your insurance company to confirm, then give us a call!
Grow Therapy offers talk therapy (individual, couples, family) and medication management sessions for ages 6 and up. Our providers have a wide variety of specialities and are trained in an array of different methods so that we are able to best serve you.
Each of our therapists has their own specialties, but some of the common ones include: anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, grief counseling, LGBTQ+ populations, relationship issues, trauma, women's obstacles, trust issues, stress, addiction, narcissism, and many more!
