You are in control of your mental health journey. Telehealth takes away the anxiety of driving and having to do all the things to sit in the waiting room. Ingram Counseling and Wellness is a self-pay private practice utilizing credit cards. Payments are set up in the client portal. Most of my clients utilize direct reimbursement from their insurance.
