Mind Body Connections is a small group psychotherapy practice. We have been in existence for the past 20 years and have grown from one to eight clinicians over that time (keeping it small and tailored). We have locations in Naperville and Chicago's Ravenswood area. Every one of our clinicians specialize in a holistic approach to mental health by bringing in alternative therapies such as dance/movement therapy, art therapy, internal family systems and EMDR- to name the primary ones. We all creatively and collaboratively work alongside our clients to bring them to optimal health and wellness. Supporting you is our number one goal.
At Mind Body Connections we work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. We see individuals, couples and families as needed. We also offer various groups throughout the year.
The therapists at Mind Body Connections specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, and trauma. We also work with: eating disorders, neurodivergence, LGBTQ focused care, body image, identity and relationship issues and ADHD.
At Mind Body Connections you will join a therapeutic relationship where your therapist cares deeply about you and shows up in an embodied way so that you know you are heard, seen and connected with on a human level. Each of us are ready, willing and able to dig in with you and move you towards your optimal Self.
MBC is in network for BCBS PPO and Blue Choice plans. We will also submit claims to all other insurance companies as an out of network provider. We do this as a courtesy for all of our clients. Our fees are set at $150 for a 53-60 minute session. Some sliding fees are available.
