Mindful Counseling PLLC is a mental health group practice located in Asheville, North Carolina. We are a hybrid practice, offering in-person sessions locally and telehealth across all of North Carolina.

Our clients often find us feeling overwhelmed by life, sometimes feeling stuck, afraid, overloaded, or unsure how to establish balance and safety. Often individuals feel tired and alone coming into therapy without a sense of what specifically to do next. Our work together can help you find a sense of calm and restore your sense of well-being.

Our team is skilled in using a number of clinical modalities paired with mindfulness to help our clients address anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and identity issues. All of our clinicians incorporate mindfulness intp our work with clients. Each has a relationship to mindfulness and meditation practices, drawing value from and embracing each of these areas of self-development and growth.
