What services does your practice offer?
Open Revelation LLC is a compassionate and client-centered mental health practice dedicated to helping adults and seniors achieve emotional wellness, personal growth, and healthier relationships. We provide individual and couples therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, women's issues, ADHD, stress, anger management challenges, grief and loss, and relationship concerns. At Open Revelation LLC, we recognize that every person's journey is unique and tailor treatment to meet each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals. Our therapeutic approach integrates Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, improve communication, and foster lasting emotional well-being. Services are provided in English in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where healing, self-discovery, and empowerment are at the center of care.
