Practice Information

Rising Sun Therapy, LLC is a group practice focused on supporting teens and women to live healthy and fulfilling lives. When you come here you leave feeling hopeful, seen, and valued. We use very individualized approaches based in learning about your experiences, your strengths, and incorporating new strategies to manage the stressors and anxieties you face day to day. We explore new beliefs that create opportunities for growth and teach you the skills needed to find the balance in life you desire. At Rising Sun Therapy we provide a safe space to allow you to uncover ideas and goals and will help create a plan to achieve those goals within your stated values.

We focus on teens ages 11-17 who may have had a traumatic experience and need someone to share their fears with. We are here for you. We also focus on women 18 and older who are in various transitions such as graduating college, starting a family, managing their career and ultimately finding their identity and exploring their own needs. We have a special focus on the perinatal woman who may be experiencing anxiety within her pregnancy or postpartum mood disorders. We also focus on general anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Here we focus on the whole person and may collaborate closely with other family members, doctors, or other healing practitioners.
