Self-Compassion Pathways is a virtual and in person group practice based in Florida offering individual, couples, adolescent and children sessions. We specialize in trauma-informed care using Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches to support healing, emotional resilience, and personal growth.
We accept most of the insurances in Florida. If our standard fee is out of your financial range, please consult with us. We offer a sliding scale to a limited number of clients based on their current circumstances and current caseload. Our hope is to make therapy accessible and at the same time find a fee that is fair.
