Anita's approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. With this approach Anita focuses on challenging thoughts and emotions as well as help patient develop additional skills to improve mental health functioning.
Angela's approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral therapy and motivation interviewing. With this approach Angela focuses on conecting with her clients and helping them identify the goals they want to improve. In addition you can expect honesty, challenged of negative thoughts and identifying emotions.

Wiley and Wilburn counseling services is currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, United health Care and some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. If you do not have one of these insurances our fees range from 80-150 depending on the services offered.
ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Autism spectrum disorder - Support understanding the diagnosis and related challenges and strengths; skill-building in areas of daily routine, transitions, coping with overwhelming sensory experiences, social skills, and emotion identification and regulation
Drug addiction & abuse - Tolerating emotional discomfort; reducing or eliminating reliance on drugs; development of new coping mechanisms for stress and suffering.
Family issues - Promoting communication and supporting family members to address challenges and reduce conflict and distress
Mood disorders - Clinical depression, persistent depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders that cause disturbances in the client's mood, causing mood swings, restless sleep, and/or elevated mood
