Message to clients

Confidentiality is my primary concern. Coming to therapy online or outside of the city is a way to create the space to address highly personal matters.

I am a very adaptable caring professional. I work with your needs with interest and enthusiasm, starting you on a path to progress.Your progress will be evident over time. I am solution-focused and can set six-session goals with you, or can work in an open-ended and creative fashion.

There is no such thing as embarrassment working with me. Any shame can be addressed in a personal and sensitive manner so you can uncover and learn from it.

We will do work that, unlike fictional chatter, uncovers real patterns and reaches points. Crisis will be managed in our discussions and you will find yourself looking back on troubling events and thoughts, leaving them behind.

Mental health is attainable. I encourage you to allow me to be your guide.
