Message to clients

Sometimes friends, family and coworkers are just not enough to help you make sense of your problems and make healthy decisions. You need an experienced well-trained counselor with "no strings attached" to offer sound advice. If you are hurting, please take the first step to healing by contacting me.

As a Solution Focused therapist, I will be involved in the therapeutic process with you offering problem-solving suggestions and helping you accept situations that you can't change to gain acceptance and peace. This type of therapy helps you get to a healthier place quicker than traditional therapy where the counselor is more passive and supportive but does not offer advice.

I'm glad you are taking this bold step to find a therapist to help you on your journey to a "healthier, happier you". You are worth it!
