Message to clients

My identities and experiences as a 1.5 generation immigrant from the Philippines, being raised in Los Angeles, and as an educator for over 20 years, I know the impact of harm and losses that carry from generation to generation caused by systems that are not made for us. They surface in our lives and within our relationships.

As a couples and family therapist, I am rooted in a systemic approach with children, adolescents, couples, and families. My experiences working with immigrant communities and families has given me an expansive insight into the complex and beautiful stories of individuals and communities we are a part of.

I wish for you, my clients, to enter therapy gently and with self-kindness and self-compassion; to empower you to lean in to your strengths and to be co-collaborators in your own healing.

I look forward to walking alongside you in a safe, gentle, secure, and non-judgmental space.
