Ann Horton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist with offices in Redmond and Woodinville, WA. She works with adults across the lifespan. She specializes in trauma, including childhood trauma and abuse, stress management, depression—both situational and long-standing depression—anxiety, partners of sex addicts, life transitions, and loss and grief.
Ann primarily utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), a therapy that uses eye movements to both access and heal traumatic memories, and Lifespan Integration, a body-based treatment method that uses memory recall and imagery to help clients access their inner child in order to resolve repressed trauma and promote healing. She will also integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), when appropriate.
Ann is there to help her clients heal and find more peace in their lives. She has been in private practice for over a decade and looks forward to meeting you.
