Message to clients

After 29 years of practice in the mental health field, I remain excited, dedicated, and passionate about working with clients who never cease to amaze me as we work together, and I witness the changes that result in what each client is seeking out of therapy. Perhaps that’s a life of contentment, a healthier relationship with others, as well as within oneself, a stable mood with healthy self-esteem, lowered anxiety that is better managed, learning how to navigate life when experiencing a loss or losses, either sudden or expected, and coping with less reactivity to a past or present trauma.

The journey of therapy can be challenging at times, but that is generally the time of most significant progress and growth. I will be there with you every step of the way through support, empathy, and compassion. My goal is to provide a respectful and confidential atmosphere where you can discover your strengths, acquire new skills and lead a more contented life. I give you tremendous credit for taking this step in seeking a therapist. Whether it is your first time in therapy or not, finding a therapist that is the right fit can be daunting. I would like to offer you a free consultation so that we can determine if I might be the right therapist for you.
