Incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Insight-Oriented therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy (Talk Therapy), Interpersonal Relationship Therapy, Emotional Freedom Therapy/Tapping, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) into her practice, Beth collaboratively works with her clients to foster the change, growth, and development that her clients are looking for to attain their goals.
Beth graduated from the New York University School of Social Work, where she earned her master’s degree in social work, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she has worked in the mental health field for 29 years. Before opening her private practice, she worked at NYU/Bellevue Hospital, Corona -Elmhurst Guidance Center, and Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care (formerly UMDNJ). Beth is trained in EMDR and is currently working towards becoming a certified EMDR therapist.
