Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with high-functioning teens, professional adults, couples, and their families. Many of Brittany’s clients seek her services to better manage stress and worry, heal trauma, make changes to find more happiness and improve relationships. Other concerns commonly addressed in sessions include anxiety disorders, depression, career coaching, ADHD, identity, parenthood, perfectionism, poor personal boundaries, and substance abuse.

Brittany received her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in mental health. She received training through her prior tenure at highly respected clinical institutions, including the University of Texas Psychiatry Department, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Memorial Hermann Behavioral Health Services in Houston, TX. Outside of private practice, Brittany loves being active, exploring, and spending time with her family.

Free 15-20 initial phone consultation. I provide Superbills to give to your insurance for reimbursement and many of my clients are reimbursed. This is dependent on your insurance plan. There are many benefits to working with out an out of network therapist. let's chat about these benefits!
