Brittany Bronson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping others find healing , overcome their challenges, and become aware of their own strengths. She has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to a diverse population of clients who face a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, infertility, life transitions, grief and loss, behavioral issues, and self-harm.
Brittany is originally from Michigan, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Health Promotion. Brittany received her Master's degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, with a concentration in children, youth, and families. Soon after her schooling, she relocated to Los Angeles and began her career in social work. She possess a melting pot of experience that varies from working in hospitals, providing crisis counseling to women, homeless services, residential and foster care, adoption, and probation. Having those various work experiences has provided her with a holistic lens toward working with clients.
Brittany has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to a diverse population of clients who face a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, infertility, life transitions, grief and loss, behavioral issues, and self-harm. Brittany works from a collaborative and strength-based approach and is also a trained EMDR Therapist.
Infertility - Understanding infertility interventions and solutions; support during decision-making processes; coping with fertility problems and pregnancy loss
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Grief and loss - Emotionally preparing for the anticipated passing of a loved one; managing feelings and reactions to a death or loss of significance; support during the process of healing and acceptance
