Dr. Bruce Heany is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in Northglenn, Colorado. He counsels teens, adults, and couples who want healing from challenges, and tools to walk through life in a more empowering and fulfilling manner. Many of his clients experience pain, depression, anxiety, stress, or overwhelm. They need help and direction to overcome these obstacles, and find themselves in a place of stability and fulfillment. Many people are also wanting their spiritual walk and experiences to be included in the therapeutic process. Dr. Heany has substantial background and insight in these areas as well.
Therapy sessions with Dr. Heany integrate both insight-oriented and skills-based approaches. He gently challenges clients to explore the root cause of their symptoms, gaining new awareness into their emotional and relationship patterns. At the same time, he focuses on practical strategies to develop effective ways to replace learned reactions with new life giving responses. Improvements result, and life becomes much more full and satisfying.
Dr Heany offers sessions Monday through Friday with morning, afternoon and evening times available. Sessions are offered in person, by phone, or by video, and are 55 minutes in length.
