Message to clients

Hi, Im Caley!! I like to take a friendly and casual, yet professional approach to our therapeutic relationship. One of my biggest goals is to make your experience in therapy to be a positive one. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, trauma or relationship issues, i'm here to guide you towards emotional well-being and personal growth.

I have a strong passion for walking in stride with my clients and teaching tools to not only overcome struggles, but to guide you in the discovery of your own strength.

As an adult child of an addict myself, this is something I am very passionate about as living with that trauma can feel lonely in a world where you are very much not alone in that journey. My professional goal is to normalize this in a way that feels less intimidating to begin processing and healing from the trauma it causes.
