Message to clients

Before starting therapy with me, I want you to know that I believe healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted. I work with adolescents, emerging adults, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, life transitions, and identity-related challenges. My goal is to create a warm, culturally responsive, and collaborative space where you can openly explore your experiences without fear of judgment. You do not need to have all the answers before beginning therapy we will work together to better understand what you're facing and identify the path that feels right for you.

My approach is tailored to your unique needs and draws from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), family systems, and psychodynamic principles. I believe that meaningful change comes from combining practical skills with deeper self-understanding, allowing you to build resilience while addressing the underlying patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel empowered to embrace your strengths, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and cultivate healthier relationships with yourself and those around you. Together, we'll work toward creating lasting change that aligns with your values, honors your experiences, and supports the life you want to build.
