Professional statement

Life can be tough to navigate, especially when you're feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed by school or a career change, or struggling with relationships. It’s common to feel like a secondary priority in your own life, and I understand how challenging those days can be. It may seem impossible to manage life’s pressures and regain a sense of empowerment, but together, we can learn to face these challenges head-on.

I can help you through self-exploration, teaching coping strategies, enhancing self-regulation, and by empowering you to understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to promote happiness and well-being. Through CBT & Solution Focused Therapy, I can help you make healthier choices. I specialize in working with adults aged 18-35.

Message to clients

My primary goal in therapy is to ensure you feel that I am the right fit to support you on your journey. I see therapy as a collaborative process that helps clients identify and achieve their goals. I provide a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and find effective solutions. My aim is to establish a trusting relationship that both validates and challenges you. We’ll regularly check in on your progress toward your goals, allowing us to make adjustments as needed along the way.
