Message to clients

One of the best parts of being a therapist is the privilege of helping adults as they navigate a difficult season by cultivating their resilience, strengths, and motivation. It’s an honor to walk alongside someone as they recover from setbacks and nurture the capacity to keep going in the face of adversity. We all need that safe place to land, a shelter in the storm. We long to find a place of comfort, security and belonging.

I understand the distress of an unclear future, a strained relationship, nagging self-doubt and palpable anxiety. The sleepless nights worrying about what your life will look like when the dust settles. I’ve seen the suffering and uncertainty infidelity or addiction brings to you and those you love. I know about facing change and hardship so big it’s hard to imagine feeling whole again.

I’ve also witnessed the transformative power of relationships both personal and professional. It’s inspiring working with adults as they tap into and expand a resilient spirit, foster curiosity, enhance emotion regulation skills and explore tender places to increase their engagement in what they care about.

Together we will go beneath the surface to reveal the burden of unhealed hurts and unmet needs, bringing them forth with curiosity, courage, and empathy. I will collaborate with you on your care to best align with your goals and desired outcome.

I would love to help you on your journey!
