Message to clients

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but it can also be an incredibly rewarding one. At various points in life, we can feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood. Therapy provides a space to navigate these experiences in adaptive ways and helps foster a sense of resilience and personal agency. My hope is that through our work together, we can explore the challenges you face, uncover new insights about yourself, and develop practical tools for living a more meaningful, fulfilling life.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all tailored to your individual needs. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will work toward your goals, whether you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with anxiety or depression, or navigating significant life changes.

If you're ready to begin this journey or just want to learn more, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to supporting you as we work toward healing and growth, one step at a time.
