Professional statement

Chantae Riley has over 10 years of experience, working with adults. Chantae takes a client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are at. She conducts EMDR therapy and has experience with utilizing Internal Family Systems, to help clients get a better understanding of their behaviors, emotions, and triggers.

What led Chantae into the mental health field was her interest in the way our upbringing, interactions with parents and caregivers, and environment shapes our outlook on life and behaviors. Being a therapist has been her only career since graduating college. What makes Chantae well-suited to practice therapy is her ability to relate to people. Chantae has worked in many counseling settings prior to private practice. She has worked in outpatient clinics, a pros program, day rehabilitation, and group homes. Her experience makes her well-versed in dealing with an array of diagnoses, cultures, genders, and more.
