Hello! My name is Christina Lim and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide telehealth psychotherapy to California residents. I have graduated with my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work.
As a therapist, I believe in a collaborative approach, and work alongside with you to uncover your thought processes, managing challenging emotions and life transition through a strength-based and a culturally sensitive approach. I am here to empower you and partner with you throughout your journey. Through the use of CBT and trauma-focused lens, we will work together to build coping skills to tackle any unhelpful thoughts and emotions.
