Message to clients

The message that I have seen throughout my career is that life is not a straight line. It is often filled with “curve balls” that are unsettling resulting in feelings of worry, concern, being overwhelmed and uncertain.

Having been a psychologist for 30 years, I draw from many areas of experience and training to help you navigate these curve balls by working to develop the necessary skills to reclaim one’s balance in life.

My therapeutic methodology is to use a combination of a mind-body, cognitive-behavioral and eclectic approaches to treat depression, mood, anxiety and personality disorders, as well as, assisting in navigating life’s challenges such as grief, loss and emotional upheaval.

I work with individuals across the adult developmental lifespan providing one-on-one, group, and couples counseling.
