Message to clients

I possess a strong bodymind perspective and believe mental health is a direct result of how we care for and use our bodies. What we feed our minds is as equally important to how our bodies function and optimize. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings. I have experience working with clients presenting with concerns related to substance-use, addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, family conflict and beyond.

I believe that therapy has the potential to help any individual find the clarity, resolution, and strength they are seeking to move through life's challenges. It is my intention to provide a safe space for your journey of healing and self discovery to unfold. My work is based on a Cognitive-Behavioral framework, though I adapt my treatment approach to best meet the needs of my clients. Through participating in counseling, the opportunity awaits to unlock the resources within yourself to change the way you are feeling and reach a state of inner peace.
