Together, we will identify your values in order to help you engage in life in more meaningful ways. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I believe that the first step towards developing healthy relationships with others is creating a healthy relationship with ourselves.

I tailor sessions to meet clients' unique therapeutic needs, as no two individuals are the same. I help clients step away from fear-based decisions and embrace their core- values. My goal is to help clients live a life that feels authentic and not one that just "looks good" on paper.
