Professional statement

Jacqueline Clifford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Albuquerque, NM. She supports young adults and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, or addiction. Her clients tend to find that they are afraid to be their authentic selves at home or at work, which can lead to challenges in their relationships as well as emotional exhaustion. She works with many individuals who seek professional help as they navigate their gender or sexual identities, providing affirmation care to improve overall well-being.

Jacqueline provides each client with unique care, tailoring approaches and sessions to offer comprehensive, individualized support. Clients benefit from Jacqueline’s strengths-based approach, learning more about what makes them strong and resilient as they process through the difficult aspects of their lives. She also integrates mindfulness practices into her sessions to improve clients’ self-awareness and to help them feel centered and grounded in the present. All progress gets celebrated as clients progress towards their mental health goals.

Jacqueline earned a Master’s degree from Columbia University and she has five years of experience in the field of mental health. She enjoys empowering clients to set boundaries, create new patterns, and connect with a strong authentic self.
