Jamie Albert is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Jamie Albert Therapy, a practice that provides telehealth to clients in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. With a speciality in women's mental health, perinatal mental health and parenting, Jamie is uniquely trained to understand the individual needs of her clients as they experience a wide range of social and emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, as well as adjustments and transitions of daily life.
Jamie uses a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to her client's individual needs. She has worked in community based mental health, schools, and private practice; all of which have allowed her to build a well rounded understanding of people and integrate effective treatment for all clients.
