I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) committed to empowering individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential. I hold a Master of Social Work from the College of Staten Island and a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, OCD, dating and relationship issues, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, adjustment disorders, stress management and life transitions. I collaborate with you through a client-centered approach to explore your goals and develop personalized strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving fulfillment.

I create an environment conducive to personal growth and positive change with a non-judgmental and supportive approach. I firmly believe in tailoring treatment to your unique needs, rejecting the idea of a one-size-fits-all approach.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from diverse treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills.

My extensive experience spans various treatment settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, private practices, substance abuse outpatient clinics, medication-assisted treatment facilities and nursing homes.
