I graduated from the University of New Hampshire, earning my Master of Social Work, and have been a psychotherapist for the past seven years.

I believe in a client-centered approach, and my goal is to provide you with a safe and judgment-free space that fosters positive change, growth, and empowerment.

I specialize in anxiety disorders, grief, life transitions, family and relationship issues, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and self-esteem issues.

I provide an individualized, holistic approach and incorporate various treatment modalities. My therapeutic style incorporates authenticity and practical experience to help foster positive change and growth and help you meet your treatment goals.

My approaches include but are not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Grief-Informed Care, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
