Professional statement

When life feels challenging, overwhelming, or chaotic, you may not know where to begin. This may leave you questioning your life situation, relationships, or current path, leading you to seek support or guidance for healing. At Integrity Counseling Services, we are passionate about working with individuals like you who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, loss, chronic illness, and organ transplantation by creating a safe and validating environment to guide you in identifying the root cause of your challenges and onto the path of healing. Our compassionate therapist will partner with you to process your experiences as you embark on a journey to feel better, develop the skills to overcome challenges, and build self-confidence and peace.

Jill uses a person-centered and psychodynamic approach meaning that she approaches therapy with a non judgmental attitude with unconditional positive regard. She also helps bring unconscious thoughts and emotions up into the conscious realm through use of open ended questions and other therapy tools. Jill believes that therapy is a process in which she gets the opportunity to partner with you in your own healing journey to become the confident and joyful person you've always wanted to be. She also utilizes her own experiences, education, and training to help you along the way.
