Dr. Jon Reeves is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Seattle, providing remote therapy sessions to clients throughout Massachusetts and Washington state. He specializes in anxiety, depression, spirituality, and male intimacy and relationship challenges. Having worked at many university counseling centers, he has extensive knowledge of the challenges facing college students, graduate students, and early-career professionals. He supports emerging adults as they navigate identity formation, relationships with peers and family members, and academic stressors. He particularly enjoys working with young men, helping them to better understand themselves and work through intimacy challenges.
Dr. Reeves works primarily from a psychodynamic approach to help clients understand their emotions, recognize recurring patterns that cause distress, and empower them to make goal-oriented change.
