Jonathan Galindo is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. He primarily works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and race based trauma.
Jonathan uses different tools from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, a Mindfulness based approach, and inquiry to support clients develop a safe environment where they can explore their emotions and thoughts. He also utilizes a trauma orientated lens to support clients develop a deeper mind-body connection. Jonathan completed his internship at Northwell Zucker Hillside Hospital in their psychiatric inpatient services. He later made a transition to outpatient treatment where he has primarily conducted individual and family therapy for the past four years.
