She is certified as a perinatal mental health provider through Postpartum Support International, and specializes in working with people that are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or are postpartum. She supports birthing people in finding validation during a time that can feel confusing and overwhelming.
Jordan focuses on the client and their unique needs. She normalizes the chaos of being a parent, and supports people in finding moments for breath and respite when it doesn't seem possible. She supports her clients in finding their strengths and resilience as parents. Being a parent can leave anyone feeling depleted and inadequate, Jordan will support clients in feeling like enough, and confidence to handle the hard stuff.

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Infertility counseling - Understanding infertility interventions and solutions; support during decision-making processes; coping with fertility problems and pregnancy loss
Postpartum depression - Coping with persistent feelings of sadness, exhaustion, and/or being overwhelmed after the birth of a child; developing strategies for more positive thought patterns and behaviors.
Pregnancy, perinatal, postpartum mental health - Addressing issues specific to women and families during the pregnancy and postpartum period, including postpartum depression and anxiety
Transition to new parenthood - Working with parents as they adjust to new parenthood
