Message to clients

Finding a therapist can be a very confusing and difficult process, and I encourage you to stick with it, because therapy can be very helpful. Even if you go see one person and the match doesn't quite work out, it's okay to shop around and see someone else. Feel free to schedule a phone call with me; I'm happy to see if we would be a good fit, and even if for some reason I may not be able to help you, I'll be happy to help you find someone who can.
